How long does delivery take? 

Delivery normally takes 3-4 working days and take place between 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. For outlying areas give an extra 1-2 days.

Do you deliver nationwide? 

Yes we do. ALL over South Africa.

Do you have sizes available that are not advertised on your website? 

Yes but not always. Some of the items we get in don't always come in full size breaks and we might get very few in the size you are looking for so it won't be on the website to avoid customers ordering them and then us running out of stock. You can contact our whatsapp team on 0659816101 to assist with this matter.

Do you have a physical shop we can come to and make our purchase? 

We are an online store and so we do not have a physical shop. If you are a JHB based client we can deliver and you can pay cash on delivery (COD). This is ONLY available in JHB.

How do I track my package? 

Once we have dispatched your parcel and the courier company has collected from our warehouse we will send you your tracking info via email.

What courier company do you use? 

We use Fastway Couriers.

The courier is having trouble delivering to me, why is that? 

95% of the reason for this is due to the customer leaving out important info in their address such as complex name, street number, estate name, postal code, contact number not working. The other 5% of the reason is that customers give us an address where there isn't anybody to sign for the parcel. If you are unavailable at your address from 8am-5pm make sure someone is there to sign or rather give us an alternative address of either a spouse/parent/friend/etc.

How do I enter the Ambassador search? 

You can ONLY enter on our Instagram page. Our team will respond once you have completed the application process. Please do not send us any messages about the Ambassador search to our business WhatsApp number.
